Dr. Mark's Whitening Club

We feel that every patient in our practice deserves to be proud of their smile. We are excited to offer our patients a unique program we call DR. MARK'S WHITENING CLUB.

When you visit our office for your preventive examination, you can enroll in Dr. Mark’s Whitening Club for a one-time fee of $275. This includes custom bleaching trays and the initial whitening materials.

At each recommended preventive visit thereafter, additional whitening gel is available at the low cost of $20 per package of two, allowing you to maintain a brighter, healthier smile year-round.

All we ask in return is:

•	You keep your recommended hygiene appointments current. Your long term dental health is as important to us as it is to you. Our patients have found that keeping these visits regular helps to greatly reduce emergencies. That is why we are committed to your dental health.
•	Provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. In order to be able to offer exceptional services like *DR. MARK'S WHITENING CLUB* to all our patients, we ask that you give us the courtesy of advance notice for schedule changes.
