Driving home from Michigan in pouring rain through construction traffic in a rented SUV with an escalating toothache was a challenge.
Finding out that our dentist for 22+ years was unavailable that day was disappointing. Working with his unhelpful office staff to find an alternate dentist in this emergency situation was unnecessarily exasperating.
Then came the warm, friendly, voice of Miss Candy on the line helping us to get in to see Dr. Marl as soon as we could get there.
And, Dr. Mark was so nice and gave up part of his Saturday afternoon with his family for an extraction on someone who was not even his patient.
We really appreciate you both for your kindness and professionalism.
